OLAPReadWrite function provides bi-directional connection between an Excel worksheet and a PowerOLAP database on a cell-by-cell basis and allows values to be read from and written to a Cube. When the Excel worksheet is created from a Slice, formulas are written to each individual cell within a table on the worksheet, independent of the surrounding cells. Upon performing a recalculation, PowerOLAP database will read and write data updates back and forth between each cell in the worksheet and the database.
